How to Join
There are no fees/cost/charges to start Naswiz business. You can become a direct seller of Naswiz by getting introduced by existing Direct Seller, taking proper product training.

Principles of the Remuneration Plan IP(Incentive Points)
There are Incentive Points(IP) assigned to every product that Naswiz sells. These IPs become basis of all income calculations. For all incomes, we calculate IPs earned by you by selling Naswiz products.

The Sales Incentives is calculated on the principle: "Higher the accumulated IP(Incentive Points), more the Sales Incentives ". This is the broad principle in which Naswiz Sales incentive structure works. Such a structure is beneficial to Direct Sellers as well as the company as it results in better sales. At high volume levels, the total accumulated IP of a Direct Seller depends significantly on the IP earned by their team.

Various kinds of incentives/incomes that can be earned by a direct seller

1. Myshopwiz.com Incentives

Myshopwiz.com is Naswiz's online e-commerce platform. Naswiz provides world class products on myshopwiz.com through its direct sellers.

a) Direct Sales Incentives

A team is a group of individuals. Every Individual’s direct effort leads to a strong team. Direct Sales Incentives makes sure that every individual direct seller is giving his best effort for sales. While making your direct sales, make sure you are selling it right. Make a customer, not a sale.

b) Team Performance Bonus

"Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships." --Michael Jordan

Simply put, Team Performance Bonus is an income that you get on your team’s efforts. You get incentives not only on your sales but sales done by your team of direct sellers.
Every product carries a predefined IP value. Your incentive depends on IP accumulated by you and your team and Rank achieved by you in that calendar month.
Ranks are based on your Direct Sales in calendar month. Higher is the number of IP achieved by Direct Sales, higher will be the Rank.
A Direct Seller gets income per Batch. A Batch is defined as 1000 IPs. All batches are calculated on monthly basis only and next month starts a fresh. You can carry forward remaining IPs, if any, to next month by Direct Sales of 200 IPs worth products.
Below mentioned table defines Direct Seller’s Rank criteria and income per Batch.

Example : As given in above table, in a Calendar month if a Direct Seller has generated 20000 balanced IPs with help of other direct sellers in his team and has himself generated 400 IPs by Direct Sales, he will be considered at Rank 2, 20 batches are achieved and his income will be 450X20 = 9000.

c) IP Rank Differential Bonus.

As the name suggests this is Bonus income if your rank is higher than other Direct Sellers of your group. As the quote above says, you should aim for the highest Rank and at the same time, help your team in achieving the highest Rank. Ranks can be achieved only by higher Direct Sales so anyone can achieve the highest Rank without depending on other team members. A Direct Seller receives differential income of the rank achieved by him and the next rank Direct Seller in the group.
Example : You are at Rank 1 and one of the direct seller under you is at Rank 4 and there is another one who is at Rank 2. You will be getting differential income of these direct sellers. Rank 2 will get 450 per Batch and you will be getting 50 per Batch. In case of Rank 4, he will be getting 350 per Batch and you will be getting 150 per Batch.
This is a Bonus that a Direct Seller is getting as difference in Ranks. A performer will always get more.

d) IP Leadership Bonus

This income will be for the ones who knows, goes and shows the way and who truly deserve to be called leaders. To be eligible, a Direct Seller need to have higher number of Direct as well as Group Sales. Naswiz salutes and reward these leaders aptly. 25% of the Total IPs generated in a given month are used to reward these leaders. This will be distributed as per below table pro rata among the eligible qualifiers. Naswiz is designating its leaders in 3 categories, Emperor, Monarch and Knight. To qualify as a leader, they need to achieve below defined Direct and Group Sales.

Example: Total IPs sold in company in a calendar month are 1 crore. 25% of that is 25,00,000. Of these 25 lakhs, 50% or 12.5 lakhs will be divided pro rata among Knights, 30% or 7.5 lakhs will be divided pro rata among Monarchs and 20% or 5 lakhs will be divided pro rata among Emperors. A higher designation leader will always get more than lower designations.

*The Rank criteria is subject to change

* The distribution percentage in IP Leadership Bonus is subject to change. In no condition, lower designation Direct Seller will get more IP Leadership Bonus than higher designations. If at all that happens, then the required amount will be taken from lower designation pool and given to higher designation pool.
*Team Performance and IP Rank Differential Bonus are subject to a maximum income of Rs. 5,85,000 per month.

2. Group Sales Incentives

Your Group Sales Incentives depends on the IP accrued by you and your team.

As a new direct seller, your focus will be on developing a base of retail and preferred customers. You’ll also focus on helping your team generate volume through sales. You will be compensated based on successfully building sales volume. As your group generates more sales, you are entitled to more incentives.

Example: A particular product sales get you 1000 IPs. So, if your direct sellers sell 10 products you generate 10000 IPs under your team.

For every 2000 eligible combined IPs, 1000 Rs. shall be given as incentive to 6 eligible direct sellers (including you if eligible) immediately above in your network.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible you need to generate minimum 2000 IPs from your direct effort.

Eligible IP: In case, IPs accumulated under 1 direct seller are more than the IPs accumulated under another direct seller(Both should not be related), then the number of eligible IP are limited to the IPs accumulated under direct seller who has lesser IPs.

Earning Potential : You will earn incentives upto 6 levels only for the IPs that are generated by Direct sales of your team’s sub direct sellers. There is no limit to number of direct sales and number of direct sellers appointed by you. For every sale, eligible Direct sellers upto 6 level above will get income. There is a upper ceiling of INR 135000/- as weekly income from Group Sales Incentive. Any income above 135000 INR will be flushed and will not be carried forward for next payout cycle.

Club Income

1. Mercury Club
Eligibility criteria : There should be minimum 11 sales having minimum 1000 IPs each at start of the calendar month.

Incentive Earning Criteria : There should be minimum 10 sales freshly done in a calendar month (other then the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leadership Bonus Point Products.

Incentive : Rs. 4000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.

2. Venus Club
Eligibility criteria : There should be minimum 110 sales having minimum 1000 IPs each at start of the calendar month.

Incentive Earning Criteria : There should be minimum 20 sales freshly done in a calendar month (other then the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leadership Bonus Point Products.

Incentive :Rs. 9500 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.

3. Earth Club
Eligibility criteria : There should be minimum 220 sales having minimum 1000 IPs each at start of the calendar month.

Incentive Earning Criteria : There should be minimum 40 sales freshly done in a calendar month (other then the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leadership Bonus Point Products.

Incentive : Rs. 15100 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.

4. Mars Club
Eligibility criteria : There should be minimum 550 sales having minimum 1000 IPs each at start of the calendar month.

Incentive Earning Criteria : There should be minimum 60 sales freshly done in a calendar month (other then the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leadership Bonus Point Products.

Incentive : Rs. 20200 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.

5. Jupiter Club
Eligibility criteria : There should be minimum 1100 sales having minimum 1000 IPs each at start of the calendar month.

Incentive Earning Criteria : There should be minimum 90 sales freshly done in a calendar month (other then the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leadership Bonus Point Products.

Incentive : Rs. 30200 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.

6. Saturn Club
Eligibility criteria : There should be minimum 2750 sales having minimum 1000 IPs each at start of the calendar month.

Incentive Earning Criteria : There should be minimum 180 sales freshly done in a calendar month (other then the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leadership Bonus Point Products.

Incentive : Rs. 36200 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.

7. Uranus Club
Eligibility criteria : There should be minimum 5500 sales having minimum 1000 IPs each at start of the calendar month.

Incentive Earning Criteria : There should be minimum 300 sales freshly done in a calendar month (other then the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leadership Bonus Point Products.

Incentive : Rs. 42200 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.

8. Neptune Club
Eligibility criteria : There should be minimum 11000 sales having minimum 1000 IPs each at start of the calendar month.

Incentive Earning Criteria : There should be minimum 400 sales freshly done in a calendar month (other then the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leadership Bonus Point Products.

Incentive : Rs. 68500 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.

9. Galaxy Club
Eligibility criteria : There should be minimum 16500 sales having minimum 1000 IPs each at start of the calendar month.

Incentive Earning Criteria : There should be minimum 500 sales freshly done in a calendar month (other then the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leadership Bonus Point Products.

Incentive : Rs. 75500 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
Leadership Bonus Point Products: Naswiz sells multiple products. Some of the products carry Leadership Bonus Points and some do not generate Leadership Bonus Points. This is defined clearly on all products.

Only 1 Club income can be achieved. If you have earned and collected 1 Club income, you will not qualify for other Club incomes.

We encourage and recognize the efforts put in by our direct sellers. The one who are putting in more efforts and getting more sales are suitably rewarded by our Bonus Program.
Bonus Program
1. Laptop : Within 60 days of becoming a Direct Seller, if he sells 150 products carrying minimum 1000 IPs, Direct Seller will be rewarded by a laptop.
2. Bike : Within 75 days of becoming a Direct Seller, if he sells 200 products carrying minimum 1000 IPs, Direct Seller shall be rewarded by a Bike(maximum value : 40000/-).
3. MarutiAlto Car : Within 101 days of becoming a Direct Seller, if he sells 600 products carrying minimum 1000 IPs, Direct Seller will be rewarded by a Maruti Alto.
4. Hyundai i10 Car : Within 102 days of becoming a Direct Seller, if he sells 900 products carrying minimum 1000 IPs, Direct Seller will be rewarded by a Hyundai i10 car.
5. Mahindra Scorpio Car : Within 120 days of becoming a Direct Seller, if he sells 2000 products carrying minimum 1000 IPs , Direct Seller will be rewarded by a Mahindra Scorpio.
6. Ford Endeavour Car : Within 180 days of becoming a Direct Seller, if he sells 4000 products carrying minimum 1000 IPs , Direct Seller will be rewarded by a Ford Endeavour Car.
7. Mercedes Benz Car : Within 270 days of becoming a Direct Seller, if he sells 6000 products carrying minimum 1000 IPs , Direct Seller will be rewarded by a Mercedes Benz A Class Car.
8. Your 3 BHK Home : Within 365 days of becoming a Direct Seller, if he sells 8000 products carrying minimum 1000 IPs , Direct Seller will be rewarded by a 3 bed room house (maximum value : Rs. 50 lakh).
* Only 1 Bonus Income can be achieved amongst above given. If you take any of the Bonuses you are not eligible for any other Bonus.

** Please note that the above are the amounts what you are eligible for. The Government of India stipulates certain statutory deductions on Sales Incentives payments, which will be deducted by the company before making a Sales Incentives Cheque/ ECS in your favor.
